The air conditioning and heating controller is on the wall, next to the door.

Your room has a digital safe in the wardrobe. To set it, enter your personal 4-digit code and press the confirm button. To open it, enter the same code.

If you forget the code or need assistance, call reception and we will help you immediately.

Your room television is a Smart TV with internet access. You can log in with your Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Prime Video or any other streaming platform account.

When you check out of the hotel, your data will be automatically deleted to ensure your privacy.

If you would like a wake-up call at a specific time, please call reception and let us know. We will be happy to help.

We offer a laundry service. Prices are detailed on the bag in your wardrobe.

Regular service: pick up before 11am, delivery from 6pm.

Express service (+25%): pick up before 11am, delivery before 3pm; or pick up between 11am and 3pm, delivery before 9pm.

Night express service (+50%): pick up after 6pm, delivery before 9am.

Dry cleaning: pick up before 8:30am, delivery from 6pm. Not available on Sundays.

You will find two umbrellas in your wardrobe in case you get caught in the rain during your visit to Madrid. Please feel free to use them.

If you arrive before check-in or need to leave your luggage after check-out, you can leave it at reception. We will be happy to keep it until you need it.

We have different types of pillows to suit your preferences. If you would like to change the pillow in your room, please call us and we will bring it to you.

If you are travelling with a baby, we can set up a cot in your room at no extra charge. Please request it at reception when checking in or in advance.

If you need a taxi or a transfer to the airport, train station or any other destination, please call us and we will arrange it for you.

If you need a power adapter, please come to reception and we will provide one free of charge.

If you need to print a boarding pass, a booking confirmation or any other document, come to reception and we will print it for you.
